Here is a candy apple red wiggle skirt. See the pictures. It's been made very well, and has no tags. The zipper is metal, and there's a flexible fastening, shown in one of the photos for a slight waist adjustment. It has a nice kick pleat in the back. I would call this beauty a SMALL. Measurements are: Waist: 26", Hips: 34", Length: 23". I take careful measurements, so if you check yours and we match, this should fit you.
